In a Church of England church, the Electoral Roll is a membership list. Those on the Electoral Roll are able to vote at the annual meeting. If you consider yourself a member of Trinity Church, we would love you to join the Electoral Roll. These are the conditions:
1. You must be at least 16 years old.
2. You must be baptised (into any denomination)
3. You must either live in the Holy Trinity parish, or have been attending Trinity Church regularly for at least 6 months.
Every six years we are required to conduct a complete revision of the Electoral Roll, which we are doing this year. So we need everyone to fill out an Electoral Roll form this year, including those who are already signed up.
To join the Electoral Roll fill in this form online, or pick up a paper copy at church. The form is short and takes less than 5 minutes. The deadline to join is Sunday 30th March.
